MATERIAL
THE BIRTH OF A UNIQUE PIECE

The creation of a unique piece expressed through an accurate and meticulous choice of materials. The mosaic of different hardnesses, shades and textures that compose the essence of Giuliani glasses.

CELLULOSE ACETATE

A synthesis of cotton and tree pulp cellulose give birth to 8mm sheets, from which we directly mill our glasses. The material’s custom colors and shades are guaranteed by independent suppliers, whose 80% virgin cellulose acetate entail a considerable solvent reduction and a higher quality of the sheets. The German-made metal hinges and components produced on our design accomplish each of our frames as a unique piece.

TITANIUM

Titanos, the giants of Greek mythology: the root from which TITANIUM springs its name, a giant amongst the metals used in superior quality modern frames. Lightness and resistance secure our frames with the quality of precision and the excellence of durability over time.

SURGICAL STEEL

Frames made of AISI316 austenitic stainless steel and complemented by titanium nose pads. Glasses of both metals are obtained by die-casting in ceramic molds and subsequently milled. This is the process that allows us to obtain each side arm from a single plate of metal.

SUNLENSES

We develop all our exclusive sun-lenses colors in house, with latest-generation 1.8 mm acrylic polymers, paste colored throughout. Special anti-scratch, oleophobic, hidrophobic treatments are applied to the lens. Tailor-made results that guarantee a personalized, objective and realistic vision experience.
